Receive your aligners
In this visit, you will receive your first set of aligners. Your dentist will instruct you regarding the wear timings and might give you the next few aligners for you to wear before your next visit.
Wearing your clear aligners
Each set of the aligners is to be worn full time for about 2 weeks or so, removing them only to eat, drink and brush. An Orthodontist visit is required every 4 weeks to check how your planned treatment is progressing.
Completing your treatment
Once your treatment is finished, and you are done wearing your last aligner for the specified time, you will be recommended to wear retainers to help keep your teeth in their aligned positions.
